Comparative Advantages of D Series vs. Traditional Ceramics:

  2. Traditional ceramics are known for being heavy and fragile. In contrast, composite radiators in the D Series are lightweight, non-brittle, and easy to store and transport.

  3. Production Process:
    The production process for ceramics is cumbersome, energy-intensive, and often results in low productivity. Conversely, composite material radiators are produced through hot pressing without requiring high temperatures. This method enhances production capacity, shortens delivery times, and effectively prevents delayed shipments due to production constraints.

    Traditional ceramics may exhibit unstable anti-EMI interference effects. However, the D Series offers high-performance characteristics in combating EMI interference across the entire frequency range."
